Sachin Kale a mechanical engineer from Nagpur who started his career by working at a power plant and rapidly rose to the top over the years and invested his 15-year-old provident fund in setting up a clean energy model where his farm was useful all year round and gave a maximum of profit, says “Everything was a challenge, as I had absolutely no clue about farming. I had to learn everything from tilling the land to sowing the seeds.”

Cash Crop Farming
Cash Crop farming : A cash crop is an agricultural crop which are cultivated to generate profits in a short duration owing to their short growing cycle. We grow cash crop as wheat, maize, vegetables, soya bean, sugarcane, rice etc.
A cash crop is an agricultural crop which is grown for sale to return a profit. It is typically purchased by parties separate from a farm. The term is used to differentiate marketed crops from subsistence crops, which are those fed to the producer's own livestock or grown as food for the producer's family. Prices for major cash crops are set in commodity markets with global scope, with some local variation (termed as "basis") based on freight costs and local supply and demand balance.
